Job Description
Administrative Assistant – Atlanta Office
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Central Atlanta | Pay: Starts at $17
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is more than just organized — we want someone who is ready to grow with us. This position offers real growth opportunities for the right person: someone who’s solution-focused, communicates with clarity, and wants to make an impact.
If you’ve been looking for the right opportunity to let your skills shine, this is it.
What You’ll Do:
-
Recruiting & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, send onboarding paperwork, and manage orientation scheduling.
-
Client & Internal Communication: Respond to emails professionally, maintain open communication across departments, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
-
Office Management: Maintain inventory, coordinate uniform and equipment delivery, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
-
Documentation & Tracking: Organize employee files, track onboarding and training progress in Monday.com, and uphold process compliance.
-
Process Support & Suggestions: Identify opportunities for improving workflows, and don’t be afraid to speak up when something could be done better.
What We’re Looking For:
-
A clear, confident communicator (written and verbal).
-
A natural problem-solver who thinks two steps ahead.
-
Someone who takes initiative and wants to be a part of building better systems.
-
Tech-comfortable: experience with tools like Monday.com, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms is a big plus.
-
Detail-oriented and organized — you like crossing off to-do lists and getting things done right the first time.
-
Prior admin, recruiting, or HR experience is preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
-
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
-
Must be comfortable working from our Central Atlanta office.
-
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Why This Role is Different:
We don’t just need someone to do tasks — we need someone who’s ready to become a key part of our team. You’ll work closely with leadership, take part in shaping processes, and have the chance to grow into higher-level roles over time. We provide extensive training to make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed as well as continued training and meetings to help you progress.
