Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Officer to ensure safety and security at our Greenwood, SC location. The ideal candidate will monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions, maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and property.

Compensation
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 - $16.50
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to monitor for suspicious activity
- Control access by verifying and authorizing trucks and personnel entering through gate areas
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents and report as necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, unauthorized access, or unusual occurrences
- Enforce company policies and security procedures to protect people, assets, and property
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a security officer or in a relevant position preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts with alertness and vigilance
- Strong observational skills and effective communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of emergency response protocols and surveillance systems
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
